To participate in Girls Gymnastics at Johnson High School you need to turn in the following to the Athletic Office:
A current SPORTS PHYSICAL. Sports Physicals are valid for three years. (Unless stated otherwise by a physician)
A completed MSHSL Eligibility Form, which is valid for the current school year.

Participation Fee for each sport are $45 ($20 free or reduce lunch.)
