Qualifications to Wrestle

? MSHSL Eligibility Forms
? Grades must meet SPPS requirements based on credits
? Wrestling Weight Permit must be signed before first competition

Equipment
? School will provide
o Headgear and Singlet/Alternative Uniform (Fight Shorts & Compression Shirt)
? Families are required to provide
o Wrestling shoes
o Clean workout clothes daily
o Hygiene & Shower supplies: Deodorant, soap, shampoo, and towel
o Gym bag or separate bag for wrestling equipment
o Uniform: T-shirts (2), a pair of shorts, zip up jacket, and winter hat
? Total cost $50 ($8 for your name on your jacket)
? The team is willing to take payments
o First payment must be $20

? Show up every day & be on time
? If you are unable to show up please contact a coach directly (Phone call, text, or e-mail)
? Be open to constructive feedback
? Give a 100% every day at practice
? Attend all competition
? Openly communicate with coaches and captains

? Tuffman Award – Perfect Attendance PM practices ONLY without any excuses
? Most Takedowns – Only Varsity takedowns qualify
? Pins and Tech. Falls – Only Varsity pins and tech. falls qualify

o No major discipline issues throughout the school year
